TrendVPS Service Overview
TrendVPS is a VPS rental service focused on privacy. Registration can be completed without personal data, and users are responsible for account access and payments. Plans start from $4 USD. Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency and other available methods. Server usage must comply with applicable laws. DDoS protection is available at L4–L7 levels but is not guaranteed at 100%. The administration is not liable for user damages or data loss and may suspend access for rule violations.
1. General Provisions
TrendVPS provides virtual private server (VPS) rental services for users who value privacy and autonomy.
The service is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of suitability for specific tasks.
Administration may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Registration & Access
Registration may be completed without personal information.
Users are fully responsible for protecting server access credentials.
Administration is not required to restore access if credentials are lost.
3. Payments & Plans
Pricing starts from $4 USD depending on the selected plan.
Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency and other methods shown in the service.
Payments are final, except when technical delivery of service is impossible.
Users are responsible for payment accuracy.
4. Service Usage
Users must operate VPS services in compliance with applicable law in their jurisdiction.
Actions that may disrupt TrendVPS infrastructure are prohibited.
Users are responsible for software, data, and all activity on rented servers.
Administration does not monitor server content and is not liable for hosted data.
5. Anonymity, Logging & DDoS
TrendVPS does not require personal data and does not run targeted logging of user activity on servers.
Absolute online anonymity cannot be guaranteed.
DDoS protection is provided on a best-effort basis (L4–L7), without full attack immunity guarantees.
6. Liability, Maintenance & Termination
The service is used at the user’s own risk.
Administration is not liable for data loss, downtime, lost profits, or direct/indirect damages.
Maintenance windows (planned or emergency) may temporarily limit server access.
Administration may suspend or terminate service for terms violations without compensation.
Users may stop using the service at any time; remaining paid periods are non-refundable upon termination.
